IC is the abbreviation of Industry Canada and is responsible for the certification of electronic and electrical products entering the Canadian market; its prosecuted products include: radio and television equipment, information technology equipment, radio equipment, telecommunications equipment, engineering and medical equipment, etc.
        IC currently only has mandatory requirements on electromagnetic interference-EMI;
     

        Preferential reminder: IC testing requirements are similar to FCC testing. Applying for both certifications for products at the same time will help save costs and certification cycles.
         IC must comply with ICES-003 standard regulations for general digital products entering Canada, wireless communication products must comply with RSS series standards, wired communication products must comply with CS series standards, broadcasting products must comply with BETS, BTS, BS standards, and digital TV must comply with DTV Standards, please note that the instructions are in English and French.
