China Quality Certification Center (CQC) issued four LED energy-saving certification rules on December 28, 2010 as follows:
1) CQC31-465315-2010 "Energy-saving Certification Rules for LED Downlights";
2) CQC31-465137-2010 "Reflective Self-ballasted LED Lamp Energy Conservation Certification Rules";
3) CQC31-465138-2010 "Regulations for the Safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility Certification of Self-ballasted LED Lamps for General Lighting";
4) CQC31-465392-2010 "Energy-saving Certification Rules for LED Road/Tunnel Lighting Products".
The above four LED energy-saving certification rules will be implemented on December 28, 2010.

1) CQC3127-2010 "Technical Specification for Energy-saving Certification of LED Road/Tunnel Lighting Products";
2) CQC3128-2010 "Technical Specification for Energy-saving Certification of LED Downlights";
3) CQC3129-2010 "Reflective Self-ballasted LED Lamp Energy-saving Certification Technical Specification".
The above three LED energy-saving certification specifications will be implemented on December 31, 2010.
