Do you know what my country's requirements for the certification of clean lighting products?

Time:2016-06-25 11:46:00 CTR:

According to the G/TBT/N/CHN/593 Circular No. G/TBT/N/CHN/593 issued by the country on the "Technical Requirements for Luminaires for Cleanroom Use", the requirements for clean room lamps that use tubular fluorescent lamps and LEDs with a power supply voltage of not more than 1000 V are regulated. The draft provides for the marking, structure, creepage distance and electrical clearance, grounding regulations, internal and external wiring, protection against electric shock, durability test and thermal test, protection against solid foreign objects and waterproofing, insulation resistance and electrical strength of lamps and lanterns used in clean rooms. The heat resistance, fire resistance and tracking resistance are also regulated.

The mandatory national requirements for lamps GB 7000.1-2007, GB 7000.2-2008, GB 7000.4-2007, GB 7000.6-2008, and GB 7000.9-2008 will be implemented in 2009, when the lowest safety level 0 lamps will be ordered gradually qiut the market.

In 2008, the European Commission for Eco-Design Regulations (EELEP) announced the "Draft of Implementation Measures for Eco-design Requirements for Non-directional Household Lamps" (referred to as the "Draft Household Lamps") at the fourth meeting of the EuP Directive. This draft was notified in the second half of 2008 (G/TBT/N/EEC/237). For details, please refer to the article "Draft Implementation Measures for Eco-design Requirements for Non-directional Household Lamps" in the column of environmental protection.

As early as 2008, the National Development and Reform Commission and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly issued the "Notice on the Implementation of the Third Batch of Energy Efficiency Labeling Products." The "Notice" lists five products including self-ballasted fluorescent lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps in the third batch of product catalogs, requiring manufacturers, distributors, and importers not to reproduce, sell, or import self-ballasted products that do not specify the energy efficiency level in the product manual Five products such as fluorescent lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps!

GB/T 21656-2008 The International Code System (ILCOS) for lamps will be formally implemented. This standard is equivalent to IEC 61231:1999. The standard specifies the international coding principles, coding structure, and specific coding methods for tungsten filament lamps, halogen lamps, fluorescent lamps, high pressure sodium lamps, low pressure sodium lamps, high pressure mercury lamps, metal halide lamps, and special lamps. In the same year, the EU Ecodesign and Energy Labelling of Energy-using Products (the Committee on the Ecodesign and Energy Labelling of Energy-using Products, EELEP) announced at the second meeting of the EuP Directive (2005/32/EC) on non-compact rectifier fluorescent lamps, Draft implementation measures for high-intensity gas discharge lamps, rectifiers and luminaire eco-design requirements that make these lamps work. One year after this draft implementation measure is officially implemented, Directive 2000/55/EC will be abolished. This implementation measure specifies the ecological design requirements for fluorescent lamps without integrated rectifiers, high-intensity discharge lamps and their rectifiers and lamps.

Among the stroller products, the products that require CCC certification refer to: strollers designed or scheduled for children to ride and play, including: children's bicycles (the maximum saddle height is within the range of 435mm ~ 635mm), children's tricycles, and children's pushchairs Bicycles, baby walkers, toy bicycles (the maximum saddle height is less than 435mm), electric strollers, and other toy vehicles

  Certification procedure

Initial factory inspection + product sampling test + post-certification supervision

Note: Product sampling test can be carried out before the initial factory inspection. (This mode is generally used to ensure that the products are qualified during factory inspection)

Children’s products should meet the requirements of the following corresponding product certification standards:

Toy bicycle: GB 6675 "National Toy Safety Technical Code"

Baby Walker: GB 14749 "Safety Requirements for Children's Walker"

Children stroller: GB 14748 "Children stroller safety requirements"

Children’s bicycles: GB 14746 "Children’s Bicycle Safety Requirements"

Electric stroller: GB 6675 "National Toy Safety Technical Code"

Children's Tricycle: GB 14747 "Safety Requirements for Children's Tricycle"
