As the first private robot testing and certification agency, Ward Testing has experienced many ups and downs, ups and downs, sadness, and helplessness, especially in the qualification application, but Ward people will always believe and insist on it. Created a blue ocean, the sky paid off, and walked one step at a time, and finally achieved some weak but impressive results, becoming a well-known and authoritative testing and certification organization in the field of robotics testing and certification.
Let us review together the bits and pieces and fruitful results of Ward Testing over the past six years:
Established in Songshan Lake National Incubator-Songhu Huake on January 21, 2014;
In May 2015, the incubation was successfully relocated to the park of listed company Yishite Group. Co-built/self-built electrical safety laboratories, electromagnetic compatibility/EMC laboratories, physical and chemical laboratories, environmental reliability experiments with Yishite Group and Dongguan University of Technology room;
In 2016, it won 7 national patents, import and export commodity inspection and appraisal agency (National Quality Inspection and Inspection Xu Zi No. 545), and CMA certificate for inspection and testing agency qualification (No.: 2016192680Z), becoming the first to obtain the qualification of robot inspection and testing agency;
In 2017, it won 15 national patents, built a robot performance laboratory and risk assessment technical team, and won the qualification certification of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises;
In 2018, it won the national high-tech enterprise to build a robot functional safety technical team;
Obtained the qualification of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) in 2019, becoming the first and only private inspection and certification agency in the field of robotics; building a mobile robot AGV laboratory, an excellent service agency for technology innovation coupons in Guangdong Province;
In 2020, it obtained the qualification expansion and re-assessment of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and became the only private testing agency with the most comprehensive inspection and testing qualification capabilities in the robotics field; participated in the formulation of the AGV Alliance standard and successfully released it.
Ward Inspection has broken through more than 200 service companies in the field of robotics, such as China Aerospace, CRRC, CIMC, Shenzhou High-speed Railway, China Information and Communication Research Institute, China Construction Seventh Bureau, China Railway Investment Corporation, Beijing University of Technology, Harbin University of Technology, Shenzhen University, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Fudan University, ABB, Stäubli, UR, Gree Robotics, Bozhilin, Birkenstock, AUBO, Hanzu, Huaxiao, Jiateng, Jiashun, Pioneer, Road Innovation, There are many well-known companies such as Jingyuan, Jizhijia, iFLYTEK, JD.com, Dada, Purdue, Udi, Gosuncn, Candela, Silan, Stand, Pitian, Today International, etc. Thank you for these years. Thank you again for the support and care of the enterprise and customers.
Driven by Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025, new technologies, new tracks, and new opportunities are happening every day, especially in rigid-demand scenarios closely related to industrial manufacturing. Security is always an unavoidable topic, and it is also the business of all new technologies. The basis for large-scale replication after transformation. The safety of automated guided vehicles (AGV) is also the focus of the industry. ISO 3691-4:2020:2020 is a new standard specifically for the safety of unmanned industrial vehicles and their systems, filling the gaps in the industry standards; On the basis of technology and AGV development application scenarios, new safety architecture and safety function requirements as well as more standardized and comprehensive verification methods are proposed, and the requirements for core components are more stringent. As a leader in the field of robot inspection and certification, Ward Inspection, ISO 3691-4:2020 Safety Requirements and Verification of Industrial Vehicles Part 4: Standards for Unmanned Industrial Vehicles and Systems The first authorized agency to provide for the automated guided vehicle industry Escort.
The release of the new ISO 3691-4:2020 standard is 23 years after the previous version of the standard EN 1525:1997, or it is known as the "most comprehensive" unmanned industrial vehicle standard in history; the new standard ISO 3691-4 :2020:2020 continues the EN 1525 technical framework, further improves the safety architecture from a more comprehensive perspective, and expands the safety function requirements. From the front-end application scenario risk assessment and risk analysis, safety system hardware architecture, software safety design, safety function testing and field testing, the new standard provides authoritative design guidelines for a new generation of unmanned industrial vehicles. ISO 3691-4:2020:2020 puts forward higher requirements on the risk points and operation modes of more scenarios, and the items involved are more detailed, specific and comprehensive, including:
1) SRP/CS security level. The SRP/CS safety architecture of EN 1525 only focuses on one dimension of Category according to the old EN 954 standard. ISO 3691-4:2020 adopts the safety design methodology of ISO 13849-1/2 (replaced EN 954 in 2006), and provides more comprehensive guidelines for safety function design from the five dimensions of Structure, Reliability, Diagnosis, Resistance and Process.
2) Verification method (Verification). Compared with EN 1525, ISO 3691-4:2020 uses the single functional test verification method of the old standard to verify the verification from the five aspects of Design check, Calculation, Inspection (visual or audible), Measurement, and Functional test more logically. The method puts forward more detailed requirements.
3) Control System. EN 1525 divides the control system into 10 safety classifications. The new standard ISO 3691-4:2020 makes more detailed regulations for each classification on this basis, and clearly adds Automatic, Manual and Maintenance Modes and Braking System two types of safety. Functional requirements.
