two. Scope:
1. This standard applies to non-power-driven moving casters and wheels for industrial vehicles and equipment;
2. This standard does not apply to casters and wheels for furniture, suitcases, etc.

After the static pressure of 3 times the rated load is applied in the vertical direction of the caster, the caster should maintain the following performance: a) The rotating parts rotate flexibly, without jamming and loosening; b) The wheel axle does not rotate, and there is no deformation that affects the rotation of the wheel. |

Test the rotation resistance coefficient of the casters. Under the rated load, the rotation resistance coefficient of the casters must meet the standard requirements |

Walking performance test |
The casters or wheels shall meet the following requirements after crossing 500 obstacles on the walking tester: a) No cracks, flaking and local excessive wear of the tire; b) There is no abnormal damage to the parts of the caster and permanent deformation that affects the use; c) The bearing (shaft sleeve) rotates normally without seizure and looseness. |
