America FDA
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is responsible for monitoring food contact materials. Such materials must be tested to ensure that they meet food contact safety standards.
In the United States, the country and each state have strict food packaging production and safety supervision systems. The main environmental regulations are:
1. FDA compliance policy guidelines, referred to as CPG.
2. United States "Code of Federal Regulations" Title 21 "Food and Drugs" (21CFR)
3. US SGCD Cup Edge Test
4. California Proposition 65
