The laboratory is equipped with an advanced robot servo motor test bench. The test bench is divided into four gears according to the loading torque: 100N.m, 20N.m, 40N.m, 1N.m, which can be used for the performance test of the robot servo motor.

Test items:

Temperature rise, positive and negative speed difference, continuous/peak locked rotor data, back electromotive force constant, speed/torque fluctuation, speed adjustment rate, speed/torque change time response, position tracking error, B method efficiency, mechanical electrical time constant, Load characteristics, static stiffness, magnetic stability, cogging torque, inertia adaptation range, frequency bandwidth, etc.
