Measure the circular runout and radial runout values of the wheel end face.

Salt spray test

The neutral salt spray test was carried out in accordance with the GB/T 10125:2012 standard, and the appearance rating after the test reached D level according to GB/T 6461.

Support rotation clearance test

Measure the rotation gap of the rubber wheel bracket

Caster braking force test

Test whether the rotating braking force of the casters meets the standard requirements when the casters are in the braking state.

Steering braking force test

Test whether the steering braking force of the casters meets the standard requirements when the casters are in the braking state.

Horizontal force static pressure test

After a static pressure of 0.5 times the rated load is applied to the caster in the horizontal direction, the caster should maintain the following performance:

a) The rotating parts rotate flexibly, without jamming and loosening;

b) The wheel axle does not rotate, and there is no deformation that affects the rotation of the wheel.

Vertical force static pressure test

After the static pressure of 3 times the rated load is applied in the vertical direction of the caster, the caster should maintain the following performance:

a) The rotating parts rotate flexibly, without jamming and loosening;

b) The wheel axle does not rotate, and there is no deformation that affects the rotation of the wheel.

Rotation performance test

Test the rotation resistance coefficient of the casters. Under the rated load, the rotation resistance coefficient of the casters must meet the standard requirements

Steering performance test

Test the steering resistance coefficient of the casters. Under the rated load, the steering resistance coefficient of the casters must meet the standard requirements

Walking performance test

The casters or wheels shall meet the following requirements after crossing 500 obstacles on the walking tester:

a) No cracks, flaking and local excessive wear of the tire;

b) There is no abnormal damage to the parts of the caster and permanent deformation that affects the use;

c) The bearing (shaft sleeve) rotates normally without seizure and looseness.

Conductivity test

Test the conductivity of the casters, and the conductivity must meet the standard requirements.
