SRRC is the State Radio Regulatory Commission of the Peoples Republic of China (SRRC certification) is a mandatory certification requirement of the State Radio Regulatory Commission. Since June 1, 1999, the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) It is mandatory that all radio component products sold and used in China must obtain Radio Type Approval Certification (Radio Type Approval Certification). The State Radio Monitoring Center (SRMC) of China, formerly known as the State Radio Regulation Committee (SRRC), is currently the only organization in Mainland China that is authorized to test and certify radio model approval requirements. At present, China has set special frequency ranges for different types of radio transmission equipment, and not all frequencies are legally used in China. In other words, all radio transmission equipment sold or used within its territory will specify different frequencies. In addition, applicants must pay attention to the scope of certain radio transmission equipment. Not only must they apply for "Radio Type Approval Certification", they must also apply for China Compulsory Certification (CCC) and Network Access Permit (MII) approval.
Application Procedures:
(1) To apply for approval of radio transmission equipment, the following materials shall be submitted:
1. "Application Form for Approval of Radio Transmission Equipment Models";
2. A copy of the “Business License of Enterprise Legal Person” of the applicant, and an introduction to the production capacity, technical strength, and quality assurance system of the applicant;
3. Equipment model technical specifications or technical manuals, circuit block diagrams or schematic diagrams and instructions for use;
4. A set of color photos of the equipment, the photos must clearly show the applicant unit, equipment model, equipment serial number, and the structural size of the equipment;
5. The equipment of the foreign applicant unit provides a copy of the certification document of the foreign approval status;
6. If the handling unit is an agency application unit, it shall submit the "Authorization Letter for Approval of Radio Transmission Equipment Model" and a copy of the "Corporate Legal Person Business License" of the agency application unit;
7. The type approval ``test report'' of the equipment within half a year issued by the testing agency recognized by the Radio Regulatory Bureau;
8. The person in charge of the application unit or the agency application unit must hold a copy of the company’s employee identity certificate and personal valid identity certificate presented by the equipment application unit or agency application unit.
(2) The domestic application unit or its entrusted agency application unit submits an application to the radio management agency of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government; the radio management agency of each province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government shall complete the preliminary examination within 20 working days from the date of acceptance of the application; If agreed, the application materials shall be returned to the applicant unit. If the preliminary review agrees, the application materials shall be submitted to the Radio Regulatory Bureau of the Ministry of Information Industry.
Main matters:
 1. Inspection basis and reference standards for type approval testing of radio transmission equipment;
2. The tested equipment model should have test procedures, methods, standards, conditions, test connection block diagrams, special test accessories and the latest test report (copies or copies are acceptable);
3. If the transmitting port of the device under test is a non-standard interface, it is necessary to provide the test connection cable of the device under test and the text or chart basis of the cable attenuation value affixed with the company's seal;
4. If the test fails, it is recommended that the applicant should send engineering and technical personnel to cooperate with the test;
5. If one of the equipment submitted by the applicant is unqualified after the inspection, the second sampling or re-inspection of the sample is allowed. If more than two (including two) of the sampled samples are unqualified after the inspection, The second sampling will not be carried out, and the product will be judged as unqualified; if there is still more than one unqualified product after the second inspection, it will be judged as unqualified product.
      SRRC certification does not have a mark, but the approval number must be marked on the product: CMIIT ID: XXXXXXXXXX;
      No factory inspection, but the factory’s ISO certificate or SRRC-approved quality control document (original stamp) must be provided, and the certificate is valid for 5 years;
