E-Mark is a component and system component. It does not involve testing requirements.
Regarding E-Mark, the latest instruction currently implemented is ECE R10.03, and the validity period has not yet been specified. After July 11, 2009, the ECE R10.02 instruction will no longer be granted. The transition period between the old and new test ranges is 12 months. According to the test specification R10.02, the type-approval product certificate has been obtained, and it is valid until July 11, 2012.
