Robot integration application status and standard evaluation

Status of industrial robot system integration:

      At present, the business of most domestic robot manufacturers is concentrated here, and the competition is fierce. From the perspective of the industrial chain, the robot body is the basis for the development of the robot industry, and downstream system integration is the key to the commercialization and large-scale popularization of robots. Only the robot body cannot complete the work, and can be used by the terminal only through system integration. The system integration solution provider is at the downstream application end of the robot industry chain and provides application solutions for end customers. It is responsible for the development and integration of industrial robot software systems.

      International robot system integration companies mainly include KUKA, ABB, FANUC, Koma, Ritz, and Lais. Domestic listed downstream integrated application companies are mainly Siasun, Boshi, Tianqi, Guangshu, Estun, New The three board companies mainly include Bronte, Linkman, and Topstar.

     Main features of industrial robot system integration:

1) Cannot copy in batches;

2) Need to be familiar with the process of the downstream industry;

3) Professional talents are needed;

4) Need to advance funds.

     The future development direction of industrial robot system integrators:

1) Extending from the automobile industry to the general industry;

2) The future trend is industry segmentation;

3) The degree of project standardization will continue to improve;

4) The future direction of smart factories.

     System integration standards are mainly evaluated from the following aspects:

1) Interface: including mechanical and electrical interfaces (such as board type: GB/T 14468.1-2006, shaft type: GB/T 14468.1-2006, etc.), communication interface (such as: robot controller open communication interface specification GB/T 32197- 2015, IOT overall technology smart sensor interface specification 20150004-T-604) and interface (such as industrial robot programming and operation graphical user interface GB/T 19399-2003);

2) Communication: including industrial Ethernet fieldbus, communication profile specifications, communication bus protocol, etc.;

3) Data;

4) Collaboration: including mechanical safety, basic requirements for integrated manufacturing systems GB16655-2008, safety requirements for robots and robotic equipment, industrial robots, Part 2: Robot systems and integration GB11291.2-2013, the main definitions are as follows (parts):

1) Application: the expected use of the robot system, that is, the processing technology, task and expected purpose of the robot system;

2) Collaborative robot: a robot designed for direct interaction with people in a prescribed collaborative working space;

3) Collaborative working space: in the safety protection space, the working space where robots and humans can perform tasks at the same time in production activities;

4) Integration: Combine robots with other equipment or other machines (including other robots) into a machine system that can complete useful tasks such as parts production.

5) Integrator: The entity that designs, provides, manufactures, or assembles robotic systems and integrated manufacturing systems. The entity is responsible for security policies, including protection devices, control interfaces, and interconnection of control systems.

Note: The integrator can be a manufacturer, assembler, engineering company or user.

Integrated manufacturing system IMS: In order to manufacture, process, move or package parts or components, a group of machines that are connected by a raw material processing system and interconnected by a controller, and work in a collaborative manner
