Responsibility
1. Daily management of team members, participation in
weekly management meeting, publicize and implement the spirit of the company's
meeting, implement the company's rules and regulations, coordinate the
relationship with other departments, reasonable control department expenses;
2. Responsible for the building of sales team,
constantly improve the working skills and quality of team members, and leading
the team to achieve sales target;
3. Responsible to assist team members to visit
customers and entertain customers to visit the laboratory;
4. Responsible for the training all kinds of certification knowledge,
business knowledge and other related marketing knowledge of the company's
employees;
5. Responsible for quotation and contract management review;
6. According to the company's overall business
objectives, participate in formulation of department sales plans; according to
the sales plan, participate in formulation and adjustment of the department's
sales plan (strategy), promote the plan and be responsible for the
implementation of the specific plan, split the work tasks and goals of the
branch to each employee, guide the implementation, and achieve the department
and individual annual sales revenue target;
7. Responsible to develop key customers and maintain old
customers;
8. Responsible to make all kinds of statements and review
the development and implementation of all kinds of work plans.
qualifications
1. College degree or above, major is not limited, more than 6 years sales experience in testing and certification industry;
2. Participated in marketing training and management theory training;
3. Have certain knowledge of marketing and management;
4. Ability to use basic office software and network application;
5. Strong communication skills, public relations skills, planning and execution skills, organization and coordination skills, leadership skills, judgment and decision-making skills, influence skills, and customer service skills.
